My name is LuAnn Cibik, and I'm honored to be one of Denise Linn's Certified Soul Coaches! I would love to be the coach to work with you on your 28 day journey to discovering your authentic self through this phenomenal e-group program.

Denise piloted this Soul Coaching program in this exact way, working with a wonderful group on individuals through email, and those people sharing their daily experiences with each other through the convenience and privacy of email.

I have worked with many people using this program. I provide one on one coaching and conduct group experiences here at my wellness center in Western Pennsylvania in person and also via email. I find each method is effective and provides it own energy for change and discovery.

The online method is wonderful for people who want to share the energy of a group and who tend to read their emails daily. It's perfect for those who think they are 'too busy' to make time for this program in other forms.

With an online group, you have that instant connection with others without leaving your home or office! And you conveniently have your daily assignment in your inbox, without having to 'make time' to find your book, or go to a class. While each assignment could take from 15 minutes to several hours (your choice!) just reading through the assignment and ideas can be enough to set energy in motion that will change your life forever.

Many of my e-group participants wanted the support of a group, but couldn't find a class in their area. Participating in an online workshop gave them the opportunity to share the experience with like minded people from around the world. The power of change is amazing when you are sharing the assignments and events each day.

How does this work?

Online e-Groups start at regular intervals. How does it work? It's simple- just contact me with your email address and listed group start date. You will be added to the Yahoo e-group I establish for each group traveling on this soul journey at the same time.

When the group is established, you will be emailed with the group’s shared email address. Shortly before the start date, you will receive a welcoming message from me using this Yahoo e-group address, and you will receive your first assignment on preparing for the 28 day soul journey! And if you are a bit late, that's ok....You can join us anytime before day two of the journey.

On each day of the program, you will receive a message of encouragement from me as well as your daily assignments via email. As you complete each day, you are welcomed and encouraged to share your results via email to the group. This forms a phenomenal bond, and helps everyone as you realize how many people are sharing the same experiences or emotions. Part of what we share is experiences in to the program, and I also share stories of the amazing experiences of others, material not found in the Soul Coaching book.

We celebrate each natural element as we start each of the four weeks of the program. Every day for 28 days you will receive your new daily assignment, affirmation and suggested projects to help you uncover and vanquish the self limiting thoughts and uncover your soul's true desires. Sharing your discovers is a part of the group energy, and it is amazing the synchronicities that happen in a group experience.

The e-group will be maintained for after your last days assignments, for people to continue to submit stories of their successes and life changes. This program creates powerful change in your life - becoming a part of a group experience enhances that experience with the combine energy.

LuAnn is a Certified Soul Coach, a Master Educator of Interior Alignment ^TM, and certified in color therapy for interiors.
