You Are Needed: 

I know that through our intent, love, and the sharing of wisdom in our 
e-group our lives will improve and expand, collectively and individually. As I 
mentioned in your Soul Coaching classes, I believe that our world is potentially in 
for a rough ride for the next decade. One of the reasons that I am training 
Soul Coaches is that I know that your services will be needed in the years 
ahead. 

But in a deeper sense, it is not just your coaching skills that will be 
needed, but it is your strength, clarity, wisdom and capacity to love fully and 
deeply even when it’s hard . . . and even amidst judgement and uncertainly, that 
sets you, as a Soul Coach, apart from others. 

Your spirit and energy are needed now . . . and will be needed more than ever 
in the years ahead. 

The exciting thing about these uncertain times is that there is the 
opportunity, like never before, to finally fulfill your potential. There is finally 
the opportunity to step forward into the energy of a leader, healer and 
teacher…. just by being who you are. 

For me the Soul Coaching training is more than a seminar for creating awesome 
coaches, it is preparation of an energy for the future.

It’s Not an Accident that you are a Soul Coach!!

I know that it is not an accident that you were drawn to the Soul Coaching 
training. I believe that you were chosen a very long time ago--long before 
this life--to help formulate and assist this process. Whether you are active or 
not on the e-group, I believe that each Soul Coach is a part of an energy 
matrix that will go through a strengthening and even a vibrational shift in the 
years ahead. 

As a Soul Coach, I believe that the next three and a half years will be a 
time of strengthening, honing and preparing your core/essence. I don’t foresee 
something catastrophic at the conclusion of this time period; it’s just that 
there is an opening and an opportunity for immense acceleration of inner growth 
over this next three and a half-year period for us all as Soul Coaches. 

In other words, hold onto your hat, it’s coming!!!

During this time, old limitations and negative pattern and barriers will 
potentially come up so they can begin to drop away. As this happens, your 
capacity for compassion, your self-esteem and your connection to the Creator will 
increase. Potentially, it may not always be easy but this time ahead is a path 
of grace and a path of spirit. 

Strengthening the Matrix:

On the inner planes I believe that we together are strengthening our matrix 
of energy through our individual pathways in life. For me, the e-group is an 
important part of this strengthening. As we are willing to share our truth and 
at the same time support others on their path we are all empowered.

I know there are times when the Soul Coaching e-group might not seem easy. 
There might seem to be more e-mails than you don’t resonate with, or some of 
the subjects might not seem helpful to you. Or there might seem to be too much 
personal support, or not enough etc. etc., however, beneath the surface of 
the e-mails, please remember that there is a divine energy of kindness and love 
that is building and strengthening us all.

Site Suggestions:

I’ve appreciated all the great ideas suggested about this e-group. Here are 
my ideas as well.

Identification…Who are You? and Where do You Live?:

if you are willing, I’d love to see your full name, class number and area of 
the world, as well as your e-mail address (either at the beginning or end of 
each e-mail). 

I know that it takes a second or so longer to paste this information in, 
but I love it when someone does this. For me personally, I feel more connected 
to the sender when I can place them in the world. (And we ARE all over the 
world! Just in the last seminar, we had people from such a wide spread number 
of countries including: Hong Kong, Singapore, France, Norway, England, The 
Congo, Thailand, Australia and the United States. Yipeee!!!)

I know that I haven’t been identifying myself, but I will start doing this as 
well. For example for me I’ll put:

Personal Support:

I personally love the fact that we support each other in our various up-turns 
and downturns in life. (And I sure have felt supported during some trying 
times in my life though e-groups.) However, I can understand that for some 
people, it gets tedious when there is a call for healing for, the neighbor of a 
friend’s friend, etc., for example. 

How about if we utilize the healing aspect of the e-group if a situation 
personally impacts you deeply, such as for a family member, or your very close 
friend, then we can send energy to you as well as the individual.

Also, to reduce the number of e-mails on the International Soul Coaching 
e-group, if we have a personal message for someone, perhaps we could e-mail them 
personally. (But I have also been extremely guilty of being too quick to hit 
the ‘reply button’ and sending to the whole group when I mean to reply to an 
individual, so I do know how easily that can happen.)

As a suggestion, if you have a personal one-liner for someone, as much as 
possible, if that could be sent to them personally, it would be great. However, 
an exception to this might be on the smaller individual class e-groups. 

I personally am not in favor of closing these down. For example, there is 
one e-group that was formed over ten years ago, after I lead a vision quest 
seminar, that is still very active. This group of individuals has been together 
through births, deaths, divorces, marriages, career moves, depression, illness 
and joyous celebrations, and they continue to send immense love and support to 
each other over the years. (I read all e-mails in all e-groups, and feel 
honored to do so.) 

I foresee that some of the individual Soul Coaching e-groups will continue 
for many years into the future. 



Topics:

As well as personal support, the larger International e-group is a fabulous 
avenue for getting feedback about building your business, supporting your 
clients, creating classes for the 28 days, and for general perspective on being a 
Soul Coach, as well as numerous other things.

I love the idea of topics being presented and even e-committees formed to 
present information to us all. 

For example, would anyone like to be on a committee to investigate whether or 
not Soul Coaching should register with the IFC (International Coaching 
federation) and if the committee decides that it is a good idea, then finding out 
what is needed to do this? (I’m not big on joining organizations, but am open 
to the idea if the general body of Soul Coaches think it’s a good idea.)

Also I love the idea of sharing information, for example, music that we find 
helpful for Soul Journeys or books that have helped us become better in this 
field. 

Subjects:

I know, I know, I have been a great offender, but I do know that it is 
valuable to state in the subject box of your e-mail what the actual subject of your 
e-mail is. This way, as we develop archives on various subjects, we can 
easily look up the information that we need.

For example, if someone wants to know what essential oils are best in a Soul 
Coaching treatment room the subject might read:
‘What Essential Oils are Best for SC?" And the replies might be 
"Best Essential Oils for Soul Journeys"

Attachments:

I personally don’t think we should send attachments to the e-group. (Of 
course if someone asks you to, you can send an attachment to that person 
personally.)

E-mail overload:

As someone who receives up to 200 or more e-mails a day, (I have five e-mail 
addresses -- I get them from people who are reading my books or who have done 
a seminar with me, as well as friends and family, etc.) I know what it can 
feel like when there a zillion e-mails and, as it has been suggested before, 
there should be a way on your computer to digest or have all your Soul Coaching 
e-mails put into a folder, so it only looks like one e-mail. 

(Also, thank god for the delete button.) 

Group Moderator:

We actually don’t have a moderator for the Soul Coaching e-group. (If we, 
as a group, feel that a moderator is needed then this can also be a topic for 
discussion on the e-group.)

However, Allison Harter very generously and kindly has taken time from her 
very busy schedule to sign everyone up, (aharter@learningsummit ) (Allison is 
the wonderful SC who coordinated adding you to the master SC e-group and 
establishing the individual class e-groups.)


Mountains Lions;

Okay. . . I put this in to see if you made it this far. (For someone that 
doesn’t like to type, this is a very, very long e-mail for me to write.)


Yesterday I looked out my office window and saw two mountain lions chasing 
three deer. Too cool, huh? 

They didn’t catch them. (I was kinda glad, but I do know that the lions do 
need to eat.) However as I am the new owner of chickens, I immediately took 
measures to protect my sweeties. A lion has been coming close to the house lately 
and I’m sure that chickens must smell delicious. (Pound for pound mountain 
lions are faster, and stronger than tigers. Arrrgggh!!! ) David is building a 
chicken coop today..yea!!…lion proof, hopefully.

OKAY you made it to the end of this e-mail!! You deserve a special ice cream 
soda in heaven, or else a free trip to Tahiti or something great, but until 
the universe decides what, I send you my love…always and forever!!
